Under this Model COMM-IT Takes over the support, maintenance, enhancement and evolutions of your entire application portfolio, in addition to delivery of some or all infrastructure functions. COMM-IT Scope of Managed Services Agreement currently comprises of the Following Model:

  • Team Augmentation: staff augmentation when it is extended for multi-year contract, then it is converted to Managed Services Model which will have higher level of services commitment with resources backup to avoid services disruption in case the resources is on vacation, or resigns.
  • Specific Task and Services to be achieved with a specific level of Services Agreement.
