Instead of Approving or Rejecting a document, there is an option of sending query back to the initiator for any clarification before moving forward in the process.

Reminder for pending NFA

Mails will be send as a reminder after every assigned interval if the any NFA is pending at approver’s end on various stages to ensure the timely approval of NFA

Various reports can be generated in NFA such as Function wise status report, Approver wise pendency report, Ageing , Day wise ageing report, Individual approver ageing, Historic data report

Multiple attachments

Initiator can upload multiple files in a particular NFA. There is no size capping done for the attachments in NFA
